Aside from knitting that is!
But once we've started gift knitting it can be difficult to find motivation sometimes, it might also mean that we're knitting items that we possibly didn't want to knit.

That might be because of requests or suggestions, or even because of the lack of thought  that goes into the items we put on our needles.

It took me a while to figure it out, but eventually I realised that I was going about this the wrong way.

Being the driver for knitting gifts can make a big difference, as can putting boundaries in place when taking that lead.
