When it comes to relaxing, the Danes have it set. And relaxing with knitting - that's what we want.
Learning to find the resting feeling that is just part of hygge, is what we're going to explore today.
There are many routines you probably already have in place for when you knit.
Perhaps you carry your knitting to work, so it's your lunchtime treat and a great way to let go of the demands of the 9-5.
Maybe your routine includes an evening with the family while you enjoy the latest drama or comedy on TV.
Everyone else on the sofa knows they'll hear your knitting needles clicking as the suspense continues, it gives them a 'being at home' feeling.
