Knitting Is The Antidote to Low Self Confidence

What are the benefits are there to knitting?

So many benefits that they're un-listable!

But today let's talk about how knitting can boost your self-confidence.

I'm sure many of us have experienced low self-confidence throughout our lives, but perhaps more in the last two years. It's feeling like a tired story now, I mean who wants to focus on that anymore?

However it is important to realise that we've had discomfort in the last 24 months that has piled on top of normal, everyday discomfort.

I bet I'm not the only one who had a leaking pipe in 2020 and had to then navigate a whole lot more hassle because of local restrictions. That is discomfort piled on top of discomfort.

And it's not nice!

Knitting can lift your belief in yourself; belief that you can cope with discomfort, struggles and stress.

I'll share more in today's video.

As mentioned in the video, this new course, The Confident Knitter is going live on Monday and the cart opens on Thursday.

This 30 day course is designed to help you ditch everyone else's way of doing things and feel comfortable and at ease with your needles, your yarn and your finished knits.
