Is knitting really something with hidden healing qualities?

It may seem like an odd claim - and I'm not here to promise anything - many of us come to knitting and other creative activities because of physical ailments.

It's well known that creativity can support and provide amazing physical, emotional and mental support through many difficult times.

So today I'm sharing my personal experiences with this craft and how it's helped me over the years.
