Build A Knitting Habit: From Knitting Plan to Knitting Flow

Knitting habits build one step at a time

Like it or not it can feel tough to start a new habit.

The notifications on your phone, post-it notes in your diary, perhaps reminders to go to the knitting class at the weekend can all really help.

But you'll notice they are all active nudges to the brain to remind you that you're becoming a knitter. That's how new habits build.

You'll get to a point however, when those nudges are needed less and less. Knitting becomes a natural part of life.
You don't need a message on your phone to pick up your needles and yarn in the evening, it's an obvious response to sitting on the sofa.

Knitting plans might still be needed, to keep the motivation and desire to knit going.  So knitting flow appears at a whole other stage too. Join me today to find out what the flow is, whether we all need it and how we find it.
