Winter invites us to slow down

Knitting a jumper can be one of the most rewarding projects for any knitter, and Winter is the perfect season to start. Preparing for a jumper isn’t just about casting on—it’s about setting yourself up for success. In today's video, I’ll walk you through the key steps to get your project off to a great start.

We’ll take a look at the pattern, I'll show you the yarn choices I've made, and ex[lpain how I've picked out the ideal size so the finished jumper will fit and flatter once it's finished. Gathering the materials and tools is next,  so I'm ready to go.

But it’s not just about the technical side—this project is about joy and mindfulness. I’m putting no pressure on timelines, allowing myself to enjoy this knit alongside my other projects.

If you’re planning a jumper for winter, join me on this journey! Watch the video now and get some tips on how to create a journey ready to begin with all your knits.
