Lavender has been forgotten for a few decades in clothes care and storage, in preference for synthetic options. Possibly because lavender ‘smells like Grandma’. But what’s wrong with that?
A fantastic moth repellent, lavender can also be used to deter moths around your yarn, not just your clothes. Attach to clothes hangers in your wardrobe, nestle in your drawers 😉, or add to yarn storage boxes for reassurance that those flying pests will be sent packing.
With this kit you’ll knit up 5 drawstring bags, and have an option to add more lavender and inner pouches to knit up more lavender bags with leftovers.
I’ve sourced organic dried lavender and have split it into 20g packs, for your convenience, with 2 tablespoons in each bag you’ll have enough lavender for the 5 bags.
