- 2We will take all reasonable care to ensure that the details displayed for a particular item offered for sale are correct at the time when the information was entered onto the system.
- 3Whilst care is taken to ensure that we display as accurately as possible appearances, colours, textures or finishes, what you will see on your computer monitor or equipment may differ and so we cannot guarantee that images are an accurate representation of the actual goods or services that you are purchasing.
- 4We may not be able to accept your order due to one or more of the following reasons, or for a reason not listed below:

Delivery
- 10During checkout, you may be presented with one or more options for delivery. Where an estimated timescale for delivery is provided, this is an estimate only and your items may be delayed in being received due to circumstances beyond our control (such as a courier delay, waiting for stock from suppliers, or at busy times).
- 11Please Note: We have begun shipping outside of the UK and Ireland. Please be patient as there are still some delays in shipping due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Mostly these have passed now and any delays are more likely due to weather. If you are aware of such conditions in your country/area allow a few extra days for your parcel to be delivered.

- 13There may be times when products are out of stock, due to suppliers being behind with orders. This is more likely due to the coronavirus pandemic.
- 14We try to keep stock levels accurate on the website, but technology is sometimes not our friend, so if items appear to be available this may not always be the case.
- 15We will let you know via email if purchases will be waiting on a back order, and any order you wish to continue with will be held until stock is available. If you'd like the order to be split we will send what is in stock at no extra charge.
- 16If you are further afield: You'll find digital patterns available to purchase and if you are outside our current postage areas, but want to choose a delivery address within the above named countries, you can set your billing and delivery addresses as separate.

- 26Should any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these terms and conditions arise where it is beyond our reasonable control, we will not be responsible to you for such delay or failure nor liable for any loss that you incur, howsoever caused.
Returns and refunds
- 27This section sets out the returns and refunds policy for goods or services purchased through the online store operated by Knit With Hannah.
- 28To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.
- 29Some types of goods are exempt from being returned for a refund where they are perishable or have a suggested date for usage (e.g. magazines, dated subscriptions).
- 30
Other types of services cannot be returned for a refund, for example where the service begins as soon as you make the payment (e.g. a downloadable digital product) or a gift card or gift wrapping service.
*Where you have purchased an online course or workshop, please contact us for further information. These digital products can be used as soon as purchased, but we can take individual circumstances into account and may give a partial refund at our discretion.
- 31Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 14 working days after the date of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods or services you wish to return, and the original postage and packaging charges made. You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us.
- 32
Our standard returns policy entitles you to a full refund of the purchase price and postage and packaging charges if you change your mind (i.e. the goods or services provided are not faulty or were not described properly) within 14 working days.
- 33
If the item you purchased was faulty or did not work properly, or you think the item was not as described in the item description, please contact us first before requesting a refund as we may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction.
- 34
Where you would like to return a physical product you have purchased, please contact us to let us know that you will be returning the item. To obtain a refund for a non-physical product (like a service that has not yet been provided) please contact us for further information about how this can be done.
- 35
Once your return is received and inspected we'll contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and credit your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- 36
If you haven't received a refund yet where we have told you we have issued one, please check your bank account or card statement to make sure it hasn't been received and then contact your bank as some banks or card companies take a number of days, up to 7-10 days, to credit your account.
- 37If an item you purchased was purchased with a discount voucher, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).
- 38If an item you purchased was in a sale then it may not be eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind. If you are in any doubt please contact us before making the purchase.
