It's a totally different time to learn anything

I love learning something new, whether that's in the niche of knitting, or a completely disparate field.

What helps me most when learning is figuring how I'm going to learn first. Before I dive right in and maybe get lost along the way, I like to have some kind of path I'm likely to follow and some learning goals or stepping stones.

We're in a completely different time to when I started knitting (the 1970s/80s!) so we're going to need different tactics.
