Brand:Â Knit With Hannah
Needle Type Needed:Â 5.5mm and 6.5mm, single-pointed needles
Material: Chunky or Bulky Yarn, weight 5 or 12 ply, 50g or 100g in each colour (about 60-70m of each colour will be sufficient – so this is an ideal pattern for your leftovers!)
Hats in images are knitted with West Yorkshire Spinners Re:Treat Chunky and Stylecraft Life Chunky.
Tip: Look for yarn which matches the needle size. Unless you have very tight or very loose knitting yarn, you’ll be able to knit and use the finished item without going away from predicted size. If in doubt, knit a larger size – children have a habit of growing very quickly!
